Lysette Fassinou is a rising senior at Cornell University and the founder and executive producer of You’re On The Record. Her experience spans multiple areas of the music industry, including artist development, A&R, songwriting, production, management, and industry relations. She has interned under Grammy-nominated songwriters and producers, written and produced music alongside Warner Chappell-affiliated songwriters, and managed emerging artists with a focus on branding, release strategy, and audience growth.

Lysette also serves on the A&R team at Electric Buffalo Records, where she works with signed artists on radio pitching and release strategy. At Cornell, she is Vice President of Artist Development and Industry Relations for the Cornell Music Production Club, helping students interested in the music industry explore career paths, build connections, and gain the knowledge needed to navigate the business.

With experience and relationships across both the creative and business sides of music, Lysette created You’re On The Record to bring those worlds together and make the industry feel more accessible to anyone curious about how it works. She’s excited to bring those conversations, perspectives, and experiences to the air, on the record.
