Our Purpose

You’re On The Record is a weekly radio show on WVBR 93.5 FM diving into the people, stories, and business behind the music we love. From candid conversations with musicians, producers, songwriters, A&Rs, and other industry professionals to breakdowns of the biggest news and trends in music, we’re pulling back the curtain on how the industry really works.

One week, we might be spotlighting an emerging artist. The next, we’re talking with the people helping shape careers behind the scenes or unpacking the latest headline everyone in music is talking about. No matter the topic, our goal is to make the music industry feel more accessible, exciting, and a lot less mysterious.

So whether you make music, work in music, or just love knowing what goes on behind your favorite songs, tune in each week and get the story behind the music, on the record.
